Last April 11 and 18, 2015, the employees of SDMSHI had their annual team-building activity at Outland Adventures, Maa Davao City with the theme, “ Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress and working together is success.”

   The objective of the team-building  was to promote closer relationship and unity among all departments within the company. The first group was composed of 37 participants including the HR Officer, Dr. Mary Christine R. Daligdig, who gamely joined in the ropes course challenge. The second group was composed of 42 participants.

    The Medical Director, Dr. Maria Cecilia C. Sagarino, showed full support in both groups by paying a quick but inspiring visit to the venue. The employees could only express their gratitude for the wonderful, once in a lifetime opportunity through the satisfied smiles and loud laughter they have shown after the activities.

    Although some of the challenges seemed difficult, fearful, and not to mention, impossible, the facilitators were right in saying that with group or team effort, we can achieve success.
